Crazy stuff...What is the world coming to when a prisoner can't get the food he ordered? Missouri inmate, Norman Lee Toler, serving 10 years for statutory rape is a devout Jew and ordered kosher food. The nerve of the prison chef to ignore his religion. Toler, who can't be fooled or taken advantage of, knew his rights. He sued the state of Missouri.

People can do strange things to solve their problems. Ron Borgna of Binghamton, New York has been disputing his water bill since September 2006 when he received a bill for $422.90. Borgna claims he was overbilled. Weird things like this can and do happen, let's face it. With additional charges, penalties and late fees the water bill has grown a little larger to $2,509.66.
